Commissions Timescales

This can vary according to the time of year (holiday periods) or according to how busy I am with other commissions. Once I begin a portrait, it normally takes 3 weeks to complete. When you contact me I will be able to give you a more accurate timescale. If you have a short timescale then you could consider ordering a gift voucher.

Your portrait will be securely packaged to avoid any transit damage in the post. UK parcels will be delivered using second class recorded delivery service. Overseas Parcels will be going by Airsure. International Airsure rates will be quoted for separately.

Delivery

At the present I am limiting my deliveries to the United Kingdom. If you have a special requirement please Contact Us.

All prints will be sent flat and carefully packaged
All cards will be posted in envelopes or jiffy bags.

Delivery Address

Once you have placed your order we want to make getting hold of the items you've ordered a hassle-free experience, we fully understand the annoyance of being told you have to be at home to take delivery of your order - well that isn't the case with us!!! Just enter an alternative address for delivery, perhaps a neighbour, a family member or a friend could take delivery and sign for you. If your order isn't too bulky for you to carry you could have it delivered to your place of work. Just enter the address you wish to have your parcel delivered to when placing your order and we will make sure that it is sent there.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to me within 5 working days of receipt. The items must be returned in perfect condition inside the same package container as delivered in. Please post via Royal Mail Special Delivery to the return address which you can find on your delivery note. Please ensure the package is insured for the full value of its contents.

Once we have received the returned goods and they are found to be in perfect condition, your monies will be refunded next day via our secure Paypal payment solution.

We cannot refund for any missing items, damaged items or those that are stained by food or drink.


Payments

When you checkout you will continue onto our SECURE PayPal payment solution. PayPal is one of the world leaders in secure online payments. You will be able to pay using your own PayPal account or direct from your debit/credit card. Under no circumstances will we hold sensitive payment details such as your credit card number, expiry date and security code.
